Terms of Service

AdsForge is an AI advertising-creative tool provided by SoClose Pte. Ltd.. It turns a brand kit, a brief, and a format selection into an exportable ad package. The hosted service is currently invite-only while we onboard cohorts. AdsForge can also be self-hosted or run as an offline desktop application.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use AdsForge to:

• Create advertising that is unlawful, deceptive, or that violates the policies of the platforms you publish to.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
• Generate content that is hateful, harassing, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
• Circumvent security controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions.

You are responsible for reviewing every creative before you publish it and for ensuring it complies with the rules of the platform and your jurisdiction. The built-in policy and compliance checks are advisory aids, not a guarantee of approval.

You retain ownership of the briefs, brand assets, and other materials you provide. Subject to these terms and your provider agreements, the creatives you generate are yours to use. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload, including logos, product photos, and reference images.

AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. AdsForge provides free fallback engines so a generation is never blocked, which means copy or visuals may sometimes be generic placeholders when an AI provider is unavailable. Always review output before use.

AdsForge calls the AI providers and connects to the ad platforms you configure, under their respective terms. You are responsible for any fees those providers charge. AdsForge never activates ad spend on your behalf: platform integrations are draft-only and stop at a paused or draft state behind explicit human confirmation.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at sign-up. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. We may change pricing with notice; founding rates, where offered, are honored as described at the time you join.

AdsForge, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by SoClose Pte. Ltd. and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Self-hosting rights, where granted, are governed by your separate license or agreement with us.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any creative will be approved by an ad platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoClose Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the hosted service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
