How to delete your data

Send an email to legal@soclose.co from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". Include:

1. The email address associated with your account.
2. Whether you want your entire account deleted, or only specific clients, brands, or packages.
3. Any reference that helps us locate your account, if you have one.

We verify the request comes from the account owner before acting, so that no one else can delete your data.

On a full account deletion we permanently remove:

• Your account and login credentials.
• Your clients, brands, campaigns, briefs, and generated creatives (images, video, copy).
• Provider API keys and encrypted settings you stored.
• Uploaded assets such as logos and reference images.

We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it (for example billing records), and routine backups are purged on their normal rotation. We do not keep your briefs or creatives to train models.

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. Once complete, the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first (use Export ZIP on each package).

If you run AdsForge on your own server or the offline desktop app, your data lives on your own systems and we never receive it. To delete it, remove the relevant records in the app, or delete the application data directory and database for your deployment. On the macOS desktop app this is the AdsForge folder under Application Support.

When your deletion is complete we email a confirmation to the address on the account. Questions about this process: legal@soclose.co.
